Terms and Policies

To provide a clean, safe, healing environment for all clients, please read over the Terms and Policies before your first visit.

Payment Policy Policies

Payment is due at time of booking. No refunds after services rendered.

Refunds are granted by James Thomason, LMT if services are cancelled by the client within 24 hours of appointment. Partial refunds are granted at the sole discretion of James Thomason, LMT. The business is not responsible for miscommunication of insurance benefits. Clients are responsible for knowing their current benefits and will be responsible for any balance due if insurance does not pay as expected.

Cancellation and Late Policies

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients that arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Please email, call, or text if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Inappropriate Behavior

Clients that exhibit inappropriate behavior, including sexual advances, refusal of draping, hate speech, physical aggression, or alcohol/drug abuse will be asked to leave immediately and will be charged for their entire session.

Privacy Policy

 Your private information is never sold or shared outside of James Thomason, LMT. Only your service provider and James Thomason, LMT have access to your information, such as booking history, credit card details, and/or health history.
  Your private information, including but not limited to appointment history, payment details, and/or health concerns, will be securely stored in our database. It will not be misused or shared outside of the organization.
  Your contact information is required in order for the LMT to clearly communicate appointment details and reminders, product and marketing initiatives, and business announcements.
