Are you planning on using insurance benefits?

I work with a group of wellness providers at a chiropractic and massage studio called Jardin in North Portland. We operate as a healthcare team and in order to bill your insurance for massage therapy, you will need to first book an appointment with Dr. Yurkish, DC MS to establish care and receive a referral for massage therapy. After your exam with Dr. Yurkish, we can choose a time for your massage appointment. Co-payments for both services are required in some cases.

 If you wish, you may opt out of chiropractic treatment, however an initial exam is required.

We are in-network with Regence/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Providence, Pacific Source, and MODA.

We can bill Aetna and United Healthcare for out-of-network benefits.
