Are you planning on using Flex benefits?

At this time, I am not credentialed with any insurance plans. However, if you have a Flexible Spending or Health Savings account, you may be able to use that for payment. I cannot guarantee this payment method will work, but most times they do. Please use your FSA or HSA card at checkout AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. These cards do not always work with my card reader. I can provide email receipts if you need them.
